Depending on the division, athletes may be required to showcase a variety of skills including: tumbling, partner stunts, pyramids, tosses and dance. While some skills are individually developed, such as tumbling or dancing, partner stunts, pyramids and tosses require a great deal of teamwork and routines require synchronization and team uniformity.
